- Total Built-up Area: 21,552.4 m².
- Guest Capacity: Up to 2,025 visitors.
- Total Hotel Units: 405 luxury hotel rooms.

The hotel tower features an advanced architectural structure consisting of (Basement + 7 Service Floors + 15 Typical Floors):
- Basement: Dedicated to parking and services.
- Ground Floor: Luxurious reception lobby and visitor welcoming area.
- Mezzanine Floor: Features a modern café and a comfortable lounge area.
- Service Floors: Include two floors for parking, a restaurant floor, a prayer hall (Musalla) floor, and a general services floor.
- Typical Floors (1-15): Each floor contains 27 fully equipped rooms.
