- Al-Ghurub Central Park: The project hosts the second-largest park in Madinah, covering over one million square meters, serving as a vast natural outlet with paths for walking and sports.
- Connected Green Artery: A main green artery runs through the project, linking three central parks and supporting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle within the neighborhood.
Design Philosophy
The project is based on the concept of harmony between architecture and nature. The architectural style blends the traditional identity of Madinah with modern contemporary lines, with a clear focus on integrating green spaces inside and outside the residential units. The design of the courtyards enhances natural lighting and ventilation, creating a visual balance of shadow and light that grants residents a constant sense of serenity and spaciousness.
